Squish's Commissions

General:
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- All listed prices are base prices I have the right to raise prices how I see fit depending on detail level/style.
- under most circumstances, HALF payment MUST be made upfront, HALF payment is made after commission is finished. However, ** payment plans can be discussed ** as needed!
- Refunds may only be requested before or during the sketching process. Partial refunds may be issued depending on progress, no refunds may be issued after rendering has started.
- Unless client requests otherwise, I have the right to stream the process of the commission on my Twitch.Usage and Rights:
- I retain the right to use all commissions as examples of my work.
- Personal use: Client may not edit my work in any way. Client can repost the watermarked version of the artwork with proper credit*. Client may not use commissioned artwork in any way to make money, directly or indirectly.
- Commercial use: Client may crop or add text to commissioned artwork. client may repost both watermarked and unwatermarked versions of commissioned artwork with proper credit. Client may use both watermarked and unwatermarked artwork to make money directly or indirectly.
- Credit: Proper crediting means tagging/linking my social media directly in the caption of the commissioned artwork. If artwork is used as a profile pic/banner, I must be tagged/linked in bio. Do not claim my artwork as your own.
- Do not under any circumstances use any of my artwork, commercial or personal, for any purposes relating to cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI generation.Process and Timeframe:
- Commissions require a minimum of 2-4 weeks from when the first payment is received.
- I will send an invoice via the email provided to me by the client. final files will be sent to the same email once it is finished.
- I will send progress photos as regularly as I can, please give me feedback. For any changes client wishes to be made, please be clear and tell me during the sketching process. Once lineart/rendering has started, additional charges may be made depending on how big they are.
- Consistent communication is required to complete commission. Lack of communication will result in an extension of the artwork's timeline.
- Should anything come up where a commission must be delayed, I will be in contact with client with a timeline (or refund if necessary).
- All transactions will be done via Paypal▷ by commissioning me you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms of service. ◁
